OTC Regensburg Michael Dengler - 400x300

Special consultation hours for sports orthopaedics

We are active athletes ourselves and treat all sports injuries quickly, modernly and highly effectively

In our specialist consultation for sports orthopaedics, our experienced team of doctors treat simple to complex injuries to the shoulder, elbow, hip, knee and ankle joints as well as muscle injuries. In addition to a comprehensive clinical examination, we have all the modern imaging options at our disposal, such as ultrasound, digital X-ray and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI). In conservative therapy, we have been successfully using alternative treatment methods such as PRP plasma therapy, K-taping, acupuncture and focused shock waves for many years.

The surgical focus is on reconstructive joint surgery for tendon/ligament injuries, meniscus/cruciate ligament tears and cartilage injuries. The procedures are performed using arthroscopic or minimally invasive surgical techniques.
Our doctors for special trauma surgery (D doctors) are also licensed to treat work, school and sports accidents that are subject to a BG treatment procedure.
