OTC | REGENSBURG brings together a unique combination of a medical center, a radiology center, and a therapy center, all dedicated to treating sports injuries and conditions affecting the entire musculoskeletal system.
Our core philosophy is simple: together with you, and based on precise diagnostics, we create an individualized treatment plan tailored to your needs. The goal of every treatment is to relieve pain, restore function and strength, and help you regain your quality of life. We aim to guide you back to your daily routine, your work, and the activities you enjoy as quickly, but above all as sustainably, as possible.
We focus strongly on regenerative and conservative treatment approaches. Regenerative therapies are advanced, science‑based treatments designed to support your body’s natural healing processes and achieve long‑lasting, stable results. This approach helps reduce the risk of recurring pain. Cortisone is a thing of the past. At OTC | REGENSBURG, you will experience what we call “Orthopedics 4.0.” Surgery is always a last resort and is only considered once all conservative treatment options have been fully explored.

All generations of doctors work together at OTC | REGENSBURG. On the one hand, we are a young, dynamic team. On the other hand, we have colleagues in our team who have set national and international standards in their specialty over the last 20 – 30 years. Thanks to our many years of training at renowned specialist centers in Germany and abroad, our group of doctors can look back on enormous expertise.
And this is your advantage: on the one hand, our doctors cover all orthopaedic trauma surgery and sports medicine specialties within the framework of special consultation hours. On the other hand, we are constantly in close interdisciplinary contact with each other. We also look after the German U17 junior national team of the DFB and numerous other sports clubs and athletes.
Thanks to our many years of training at renowned specialist centers in Germany and abroad, our group can look back on a wealth of experience. And that is your advantage: on the one hand, each doctor covers his or her specialist area as part of a specialist consultation, but on the other hand we are also in close contact with each other.

At OTC | REGENSBURG, you will find a highly qualified specialist for every joint and every problem within the framework of special consultation hours. We do not see specialization as “specialist idiocy”, but rather as a very complex process of combining expertise from different areas of knowledge and deriving modern diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations from this.
This enables us to understand your requirements and problems in your individual environment at all times and thus support you effectively and quickly in finding a solution. We undergo continuous further training and always keep our treatment concepts up to date. We offer you the entire spectrum of modern sports medicine, orthopaedics and trauma surgery – from foot to spine, from conservative to surgical, from proven to modern.
If your specialist gets stuck, we will always find a solution in the other special consultation hours, in our Radiology Center, or in cooperation with our Therapy Center.

The press is full of reports about the excessive number of operations in Germany. You will find that we provide you with open and comprehensive advice on all treatment options, including non-surgical ones. We offer our patients an enormously wide range of non-surgical (conservative) therapies.
Should an operation nevertheless be necessary, we will perform it personally. We use very modern, gentle surgical procedures. And our treatment does not end with the operation – in consultation with you and your family doctor, we take care of the entire treatment chain, including follow-up checks after operations.
