No. If you are privately insured, you do not need a referral to be seen or treated at our facility.
However, please note that some insurance plans require a referral from your Primary Care Manager (PCM). We recommend checking your individual insurance policy.
How does billing work?
After your treatment, you will receive an invoice from us. You can then submit this invoice to your insurance company for reimbursement.
If you would like to be sure that your insurance will reimburse the costs, we can provide a cost estimate. You can submit this estimate to your insurance provider before starting treatment and receive confirmation of coverage in advance.
What if I do not have a referral from my PCM?
From our side, no referral is required for treatment at OTC | REGENSBURG.
